Delete my account

You can delete your Quorpi account directly in the app.

In the app

1. Open Quorpi and sign in to your account.
2. Open your profile or the account settings.
3. Choose the account deletion option.
4. Confirm the deletion when Quorpi asks you to.

Data deleted

Deleting your account removes or anonymizes the personal data directly associated with it, including profile and authentication data, except for data that must be kept temporarily for technical or security reasons, to prevent abuse, or to meet legal obligations.

Database backups, which cannot be edited, are gone no later than 30 days after the deletion. Other retention periods are detailed in the privacy policy.

Data shared in a group context may need to be kept in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of the groups, events or histories that other members can access.
