A question or a problem with Quorpi? Here are solutions to the most common issues.

Signing in to your account

Check the email address you entered and your internet connection. If the problem persists, contact support and include your phone model and the version of Quorpi you are using.

Group invitations

Open the invitation link on the phone where Quorpi is installed. If the app is not installed yet, keep the link and open it again after installing the app and signing in to your account.

Notifications

If you are not receiving the notifications you expect, check that Quorpi notifications are allowed in your Android or iOS settings and that battery saver is not blocking the app.

Account deletion

You can delete your account directly in Quorpi. Details are available on the dedicated page.
